O’Fallon, Missouri – Reznor, an industry-leading heating manufacturer, has launched a new gas-fired infrared heater (model VZH) that tackles corrosive and extreme environments.
Designed with durable components and construction, model VZH radiant heaters stand up against the most challenging environments, even winds up to 40 mph. VZH heaters are approved for indoor and outdoor spaces like car washes, garage bays, parking ramps, golf ranges, restaurant patios, and more. The heater, which features a steel burner with powder-coated finish, a totally-enclosed burner box with separate electrical and combustion compartments, and choice of stainless-steel or aluminum reflectors, provides long-lasting performance in the toughest environments.
VZH heaters offer design flexibility with a wide range of burner sizes (40,000 to 175,000 BTUh), tube lengths (10 to 60 feet), and layout options (straight, U-tube or L-shaped). The positive-pressure, single-stage burner and fully-automatic direct-spark electronic ignition control provide reliability. The heater is easy to service with onboard diagnostic capabilities and an external LED burner status indicator. The VZH heater includes a flexible gas line and a 24V thermostat connection. CSA design certified, VZH heaters are available in natural gas or LPG propane and are backed by an industry-leading 5-year warranty.
